Contact support
Use the contact page for anything the FAQ and the Troubleshooting page do not cover.
Include these details so support can reproduce the problem:
- The exact message on the screen, copied as shown.
- The page you were on, such as the Strategy Miner or the Strategy Builder.
- For an export problem, the export target and the first lines of the file header.
- For a payment problem, your PayPal receipt. Do not pay a second time.
