Pricing questions
What exactly am I paying for?
A one-time, perpetual licence to AIStrategyMiner Builder, a no-code software development tool that generates MQL5 source code. You pay once and keep the licence — there is no renewal and no expiry. You are paying for access to the tool, not for any trading product, signal, or result.
Does the Pro plan trade for me?
No. The Builder only generates source code that you download and compile yourself. It never executes trades, connects to a broker, or provides investment advice.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. The licence is sold by AIStrategyMiner, which handles billing and receipts. The price shown is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout, and where consumption tax or VAT applies it is included in that price. Your receipt stays in your PayPal account, and your licence is linked to the AIStrategyMiner account you were signed in to.
Why do I have to tick the immediate-access box?
Because the paid features activate on your account the moment the payment clears. Under EU and UK consumer law, digital content supplied immediately is exempt from the statutory cooling-off period only if you expressly requested that access and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. If you would rather keep that right, don't complete the purchase — the canvas and the generator demo are free to try first.
Can I get a refund?
No, as a rule. The licence is a digital product that activates immediately, so we do not refund it once purchased — except where applicable law requires a refund (for example, if you were charged more than once for the same licence). If something doesn't work, we check your licence and fix the problem with you. Try the free canvas and generator demo first to make sure the Builder suits you.
