- Billing and refund requests (AIStrategyMiner Builder)
- Builder licences are not refunded as a rule, except where required by law (for example, a duplicate charge). Use the form or email contact@aistrategyminer.com directly — include your order reference. Refund Policy.
- Security reports
- Vulnerability disclosures go to security@aistrategyminer.com, not through this form. Security Policy.
- An EA you wrote yourself
- AIStrategyMiner does not list or distribute EAs, so there is no submission pool. If you have a question about an EA you wrote — for example, how to rebuild its logic in EA Builder — send it through the form.
- Corrections and content complaints
- Factual corrections to any guide, reference page, or broker review. Editorial Policy.
